ORIGINAL: Kelly Kean Sharp was born Kelly Carroll Ann Kean March 6, 1990 in San Diego County, California. Her mother is Carol Phillips Kean McIves. Her father is Andrew Michael Kean. She claims her grandmother was Latino and not born in the US. Both of her grandmothers were white and born in Los Angeles, California with American English names. I went another generation back to make sure I had their family family names. I did. We have another ethnic faker ala Jessica Krug. Why do these people do this?

KEAN, Ann Dorner, an angel, loving wife of Joe Kean; cherished mother of Andrew (Carol Phillips) Kean, Joann (Denis) Keane, Paddy (Spencer) McDonald, and Janet (Erik) Skinner; devoted grandmother of Kelly Kean, Liam and Oige Keane, and Ethan Skinner; adored sister of Phillip Dorner. She died at the age of 73 on January 11, 2000. Born in Los Angeles, she graduated from John Burroughs Jr. High, Los Angeles High, and USC where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She loved golf and her golfing friends at the Los Angeles Country Club and Valley Club in Montecito. She taught us selfless love and, indeed, she is the soul of our family. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Regents of UCLA, co Dr. Peter Rosen Cancer Research, 10945 Le Conte Ave., Suite 2333, Los Angeles, CA. 90095. Friends and family are invited to cocktails and buffet in memory of Ann on Monday, January 24th from 4 -7pm at the family home.

PHILLIPS. Nancy Keller Beloved wife of Albert Raborn Phillips, Jr. (Ray); and loving mother of Patricia Chadwell ( Brandon ) and Carol Kean (Andrew), passed away from natural causes in Beaune, France on June 12, 1999. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren (Lindsay, Amanda, Heather Chad-well and Kelly) and her sister, Patricia Maloney. Nancy attended Marymount High School and U S C. where she was a member of Aloha Phi Sorority. On January 21, 1956, she married Ray, both were natives of Los Angeles. She was actively committed to improving her community, having been President of Encore, LA. Philharmonic Committee, Holly- Hollywood Bowl Volunteers and Association of L.A. Junior Philharmonic Committees. She also served on the Board of the Heart Assn Freedom Foundation and Junior League of Los Angeles. As much as Nancy enjoyed this work, she always put her familv first. She loved her home in Studio City where she lived her entire married life of 43 years. She enjoyed taking care of her family, being with her husband and helping with their business interests. The last few years she particularly enjoyed traveling, an active social life and reading. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Martin of Tours Church. 11967 Sunset Blvd (Corner of Saltair) Brentwood at 11:00am, July 9, 1999.

August 28, 1920 - May 4, 2017 Albert Raborn Phillips Jr., "Ray", passed away in Fremont, CA. He will be greatly missed by his daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Brandon Chadwell of Fremont, CA, daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Tom McIver of San Diego and granddaughters: Lindsay Lamanna, Amanda Crane, Heather Chadwell and Kelly Sharp. His wife, Nancy, predeceased him in 1999. Ray's passions included: his wife and family, founding and serving as President of the Leonis Adobe Assn. for 40 years; collecting Edison phonographs and memorabilia, and serving as founding President of the Cultural Heritage Foundation of Southern CA. Born in L.A., he was a graduate of U.C.L.A. and was awarded the Bronze Star in the Navy during WWII. By profession he was an insurance broker. By manner he was a gentleman.
